• MCC Community Cohort Planner

    This form is intended to help you think about a community cohort you may want to establish. This is the beginning of a conversation with a staff member to help you think through the first steps of that process. Community Spaces are community-building groups established by MCC corps members seeking to connect with other MCC participants who hold a shared identity. Our All Welcome cohorts are spaces where MCC’s Community Values may come alive for you. 

  • Our vision for these spaces is to ensure that all people experience safety, belonging, dignity, and validation at MCC. Members self-select into identity-based communities they would like to connect with and MCC will endeavor to support each group. Community Spaces reflect MCC’s core values, and they offer opportunities for corps members with shared identities to cultivate their own leadership in shaping a community where people can be their most authentic selves, create positive change, foster understanding and resilience, and relate to one another.

    Community Cohorts must be in alignment with the MCC Community Values as stated on our website (https://www.mtcorps.org/about-us/) as well as upholding all MCC policies (as found in your MCC Participant Policy Manual). MCC will not allow efforts that undermine or contradict these values and policies.
