Details For New Product Showcase Submissions
Product dimensions cannot exceed 27"h x 18"w x 18"l and/or 45lbs. For products that exceed these dimensions, exhibitor needs to provide MACS with an 8 1/2 x 11" easel mounted photo on foamcore (or similiar). If not easel mounted, the exhibitor must provide a display easel.

Information included on this form will be used for signage in the showcase and new product brochure.

Exhibitor is responsible for the shipping of their product to and from the Trade Show.

An email detailing onsite instructions will be sent 3-4 weeks prior to the Trade Show date.

MACS is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of products, display materials, equipment, promotional items, or other property associated with the New Product Showcase. Participating companies are solely responsible for the security, transportation, insurance, setup, and removal of their displayed items. MACS assumes no liability for any loss or damage to showcase materials, regardless of cause.
