This is our most popular membership and is perfect for families that want to receive a HUGE loyalty discount for committing to the SMA Summer Camp for the full summer! This program has total price of $1650 and is financed into 10 weekly payments of $165!

Week-to-Week Membership: Only $180 per week! This membership is perfect for families that want to attend the SMA Summer Camp on a part time basis. A minimum 3-week commitment is required. Please indicate the weeks you would like to reserve in the space below! All selected weeks must be used within the Summer Camp program. Selected weeks may be changed with advanced notice and are subject to availability.

SUMMER CAMP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Registration Fee Acknowledgement (Required):

I understand that a one-time $75 registration fee per student is required to secure my child's spot in Summer Camp. This includes a Suncoast Martial Arts t-shirt and shorts. This fee is non-refundable.

I understand that all selected weeks are reserved exclusively for my child. Tution is required in full for all selected weeks, regardless of attendance, schedule changes, or absence.

Tuition is due by the Monday of each week. If payment has not been completed, the card on file may be charged to keep your child's spot active. There will be a $35 processing fee for all returned checks.

Lunch and snacks must be packed every day with your child. We have a microwave and refrigerator available.

I hereby grant permission to the rights of my child’s image, likeness and sound of his/her voice recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any other consideration. I understand that the image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area.

Our summer camp follows a structured and engaging daily schedule. We encourage all students to participate in activites and follow staff guidance so everyone can have a positive experience. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from camp without refund.

Suncoast Martial Arts programs are structured and supervised, focusing on martial arts, character development, and engaging activities. While we provide a safe and supportive environment, we are not a licensed daycare facility.

Campers are expected to wear their camp shirt each day. If a shirt is forgotten, one may be provided and charged to the card on file.

All selected Summer Camp weeks must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability. All payments are final, and no refunds or transfers will be issued for unused or missed weeks.

Unused Summer Camp days or weeks may be converted to After‑School Program credit at the standard After‑School Program rate. The remaining value will be adjusted to reflect After‑School Program pricing and will not match the original Summer Camp rate. This credit has no cash value, is non‑refundable and non‑transferable, and must be used within 90 days after the Summer Camp program ends or it will be forfeited.
