As per SHA requirements, do you plan to have any sampling of any kind at your booth? This includes not only food samples, but if you offer any kind of treatment that requires direct contact between the vendor and the customer (such as reflexology) we will be asking you to fill out the paperwork for SHA.

Indoor - $157.50 (Indoor includes an eight foot table, and two chairs) Power is available upon request, but very limited. Indoor set up will be done Friday night from 6pm - 8pm.
Outdoor - $157.50 (Outdoor site is a 10x10 tent space. Vendors must bring their own tent, table, chairs, and all their supplies.) NOTE: we are going to use the parking lot this year for outdoors, ensure you have appropriate weights, no spikes in ground.
Young entrepreneur booths - $79.50 outdoor booths only
Non-profit, $105.00 (Non-profits must provide their non-profit number when registering to receive this rate) # ________________________________ (Outdoor booths)
Food trucks $315.00 - only three food trucks will be allowed. When your application is received, you will be contacted for the approval. Two food, one drinks or ice-cream treats.

Contract Requirements
All booths must be paid in full by August 1, 2026. Booths can be paid in two or three deposits as long as paid by the due date. Receipts will not be issued until booth paid in full. Contact me directly, if you require payment by credit card or cheque.
