2026 Gippsland Esports Competition - Community Day (All-Ages Event)

The Community Day is to be held on Saturday 20th June, 2026.
This form is for the 2026 Gippsland Esports Competition held in partnership with the ESports Collective and the Australian Esports League

Event Details:
- Date: Saturday, 20th June 2026
- Venue: Esports Collective, 58 Macleod Street, Bairnsdale VIC 3875
- Timing: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Competitions run from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM)
Important Information:
- Age Requirement: For competitors under the age of 16, this form must be completed per entrant by a parent or guardian on their behalf.
- Spectators: Spectators, parents, and anyone wishing to attend for casual free-play matches can attend completely free without filling out this form.
- Entry Fee: Entry is completely FREE.
- Capacity: Each competitive division is capped. Any unfilled places closer to the event date will be offered to participating regional schools. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Media: The event will feature official photography and filming to capture the day for community and reporting purposes.
