Thank you for wanting to book with me! I can't wait to collab and create some rad hair together! Please note: I may have to schedule a pre appointment consult due to needing a test strand or further consultation. This must be filled out prior to any new hair color service. (if you are a returning client please reach out to me directly!)

The following are my policies before booking (:

I charge 50% of the quoted service for
cancellations within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
If there is a no show the same 50% of the quoted service will be charged and or deposit forfeited. Any cancellations within 3 hours or no shows will be charged 75% of service.

I have a 15 minute grace period ~ after 15 minutes we may have to reschedule your appointment due to timing and ensuring a proper service.
cancellation fees will apply.

Color services that require a deposit will be added to the total of service day of. If a cancel, no show or fail to reschedule occurs deposit will be forfeited.
