  • We are inviting all organisations and individuals interested in an age-friendly world to get involved in the Seniors and Carers Expo in 2026.

    Starting in 2007, the Seniors and Carers Expo has grown in size every year to be a widely celebrated, and highly anticipated event for communities in Rockingham, the greater Perth and Peel regions.    

                 
    Every October, the Mike Barnett Sports Complex transforms into a hive of information, activities, and entertainment for one day.The event is a key opportunity to connect with older people and carers in a direct and meaningful way.

    Set up: Completed by 9.30am

     

    EXPO: 10.00am - 2.00pm

    Bump out: from 2.00pm (Not prior to the event close time)

    Applications open until Friday 17th July 2026.

    Successful Stall holders will be advised at the end of August 2026.

  • VENDOR FEE: A stall holder fee is required to attend the Seniors and Carers Expo. Please reach out to The Event Mill directly if you have any concerns or questions around this.

    *Unincorporated not-for-profit groups may be eligible for a fee waiver

  • EQUIPMENT

    Market holders are responsible for their own display items and collateral.
    All stalls will be provided with:


    • 1 x trestle table (1.8 m long x 0.8 m wide) 

    • 2 x plastic chairs

    • 1 x linen tablecloth


    • Note: power is NOT available.

  • CODE OF CONDUCT

    The City of Rockingham and The Event Mill requests you and your team conduct yourselves in a professional manner at all times and refrain from any behaviour or activities that may harm the reputation or the wellbeing of others, or could bring either party into disrepute.


    We / I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and agree to adhere to all items.           

    We / I have supplied a copy of my organisation’s Public Liability insurance.   

    We / I will promote the Seniors and Carers Expo 2026 through available networks and channels.
