GRANT APPLICATION
Grant Criteria:

Demonstrate how you are serving others within your community or church making an impact in the lives of others.

Eligibility
- Grades 9-12 students (currently)
- Actively serving in the community or at your church
- Demonstrate a heart for service and making a difference
Application Requirements:
- Submit a 30-60 second video sharing what you are doing and the impact it is making
- Reference letter from a teacher or pastor which includes their contaction information
APPLICATION ACCEPTED: MAY 13, 2026

DEADLINE: JUNE 16, 2026 at 11:59pm

A video and reference letter must be submited in order to complete this application.
