Leading Hand (Road Maintenance)

Council has a vacancy for a Leading Hand (Road Maintenance) to join our works team. The role supports the delivery of Council’s unsealed road maintenance program through effective planning, coordination and on-site supervision of grading crews.

Responsibilities include scoping works, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, overseeing the use of plant, materials and resources, and contributing to timely responses to customer requests and emergency call-outs.

The role also ensures all activities align with Council policies, procedures and service requirements.
