- Set up is 1 hour prior to event start time. All set up must be complete 15 minutes before start time.

- You must bring your own canopy, table, chairs, etc.

- If you need any accommodations, please state in field below and we will try our best to help.

- We do not charge vendor fees, all we ask is that vendors bring items to give out to the children attending.
