  • Please note that this Eligibility Form is a preliminary step and is NOT the full scholarship application.

  • The U-GO Scholar Grant provides financial assistance to ambitious and promising young women so they can pursue higher education.  To be considered, you must meet ALL the qualifications listed below. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

    • Female
    • Filipino citizen
    • Incoming first-year, second-year, or third-year college students for SY 2026-2027. Incoming fourth-year college students for SY 2026-2027 may apply only if they are taking a five-year course. Students graduating in SY 2026-2027 are not eligible for this scholarship.
    • Will enroll in a public or state university/college for SY 2026-2027
    • Without any existing scholarship
    • Have a minimum GPA of 85% (or equivalent)
    • Demonstrate financial need
    • Have no disciplinary or administrative cases
    • Be an active member of their community
    • Aspire to bring positive change to society
    • Be a model of integrity in the community
    • Be willing to pursue personal and professional development opportunities

  • INSTRUCTIONS
    Please read and follow the instructions below.

    A. The scholarship applicant must complete this online eligibility form thoroughly and accurately.

    B. Current College Students: Upload a signed digital copy of your Certificate of Registration for the current term/semester, SY 2025-2026.

    C. Incoming First-Year College Students: Upload proof of college admission or Senior High Schoool diploma.


    NOTE: To ensure a fair process, duplicate entries will be automatically disqualified.
