  • Cancellation policy

    1.        Once confirmation has sent out by email, members account will be debited

    2.        No charge for first time cancellation before 48 hours cancellation policy or sick leave supported by doctor’s certificate

    3.        Cancellation with 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the fee will be charged for any further cancellation

    4.        Sick leave supported by doctor’s certificate, 50% of the fee will be charged for any further sick leave

    5.        No shows will be charged 100%

    6.        No make-up class will be offered

    7.        Signing up is for the entire term and no withdrawal is permitted.

     

    Kindly find below the procedures in place during inclement weather.

     

    1.     Learn to swim program(LTS) - typhoon and rainstorm policy:

    Typhoon signal no.1 and 3, Amber and Red rainstorm

    Our LTS program will run as scheduled in the indoor pool.

     

    Typhoon signal no.8 or above, Black rainstorm warning

    LTS program will be suspended until the warning is lowered.

     

    2.     Squad Swimming Program - typhoon and rainstorm policy::

    Typhoon signal no.1 and 3, Amber rainstorm

    Our Squad program will run as scheduled in both the indoor and outdoor pools.

     

    Red Rain Storm Warning

    Outdoor squad training may be affected by Red Rain storm warnings; however the Head Coach will make the decision on outdoor swim training during this time 2hours prior to the squad training sessions.

     

    Typhoon signal no.8 or above, Black rainstorm warning and outside swimming:

    Our Squad program will be suspended until the warning is lowered. Lightning within 10km will immediately suspend all outdoor swim training.

     

    Land Training for Platinum Squad on Saturdays will continue in all instances unless there is a Black Rain Storm warning or T8 and above hoisted.

     

    3.     Private Swimming lesson - typhoon and rainstorm policy:

    Typhoon signal no.1 and 3, Amber and Red rainstorm

    Private lesson will run as scheduled in the indoor pool.

     

    Typhoon signal no.8 or above, Black rainstorm warning

    Private lesson will be suspended until the warning is lowered.

     

    4.     Extreme Conditions Signal

    Following the lowering of Typhoon Signal No. 8, if Extreme Conditions Signal is hoisted before the Club’s official opening hours of 7am: Club operations will be temporarily ceased. If Extreme Conditions Signal is still hoisted at or after 4:00pm, Club operations will be completely ceased on that day. Should Extreme Conditions Signal be lowered at or before 4:00pm, Club operations will resume within two hours after the Extreme Conditions Signal being cancelled. Some of the facilities may be affected and will resume as soon as possible. Please call reception for more information.
