Who are we and what is this about?
Arts OutWest is the Regional Arts Development Organisation for Central West NSW. We are collecting this information on behalf of Parkes Shire Arts Advisory Council to inform decisions and planning. If you would like to discuss this in person, please call Kylie at Arts OutWest on 02 6338 4657.
The mission of the Parkes Shire Arts Advisory Council is to represent and support the artistic and cultural community and provides an advocacy voice to Parkes Shire Council. The vision is for the Parkes Shire to be a vibrant arts and cultural hub within the Central West region with spaces providing opportunities for diverse creative endeavors and community engagement. To achieve this, we will advise Parkes Shire Council on opportunities for growing cultural and social capital through the arts and building capacity across the arts and cultural community. We welcome your input.
