Hosting Country (Malaysia): 3 teams

Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, Brunei, Timor-Leste: 2 teams per country

Non-ACF Member Country/ ASEAN+
Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and others: 1 team per country/region

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Teams without official endorsement by their national coffee association may still participate, subject to review and approval by the Organiser.

2. Kindly ensure that your passport has a minimum validity of six (6) months from the date of travel.

3. While payment details are required for verification purposes, no charges will be made at the point of submission. Payment will only be processed after confirmation of participation by the organiser. Teams who are not confirmed will not be charged.

As part of the promotional campaign for the ASEAN Barista Team Championship 2026, the Organiser kindly requests all participating teams to submit a short team introduction video for marketing and publicity purposes.

All team members should appear together in the video where possible, teams are required to say the following phrase in the video:

“We are Team [Team Name] from [Country/Region], and we’ll see you at the ASEAN Barista Team Championship 2026 from 21–23 July at MITEC, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, alongside Food & Drinks Malaysia by SIAL 2026!”
