I understand booking initial consultation is a non-refundable service and credit will apply to balance of custom-made garment.

I understand custom-made garments are tailored made to specific measurements and cannot be returned, refunded or resold.

I understand refund request must be submitted 72 hours after order has been placed OR before fabric/materials have been purchased.

I have read SHOP Pay terms & conditions if I choose to finance order.

I understand SHOP Pay finance options are non-refundable.
