All rooms are available to book privately or shared. Private room pricing applies to any room you reserve for yourself or your group — regardless of room type. If sharing a room with a friend, the private room pricing can be split between you. If you choose to share with another attendee you don’t already know, we’ll do our best to make a great match. Payment Selection

Your total investment includes the $497 retreat programming fee plus your lodging selection. A $250 deposit is required with registration. Payment submission is found in the next section of this form. We’ll confirm your exact total and your remaining balance invoice with payment instructions within 2–4 business days of receiving your registration form and deposit.

Please review and acknowledge the following participation agreements before submitting your registration. These help ensure clarity, safety, and shared expectations for the retreat experience. You will find deposit payment options at the end of this section.
Arrival Acknowledgment: We ask that you plan to arrive on Friday, November 13 in time to settle in and be present for our 5pm opening circle. This is an important moment for setting the tone of our shared experience. If you anticipate any challenges with this timing, please reach out to us ahead of time so we can connect.
Photo & Media Release: Practical Magic Retreat may capture photos or video throughout the weekend for use in future marketing, social media, or promotional materials. By registering, you grant us permission to use images in which you appear, without compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed, we will do our best to honor that — please let us know below.
Liability & Assumption of Risk: The Practical Magic Retreat takes place at a private property that includes outdoor terrain, a river, a hot tub, and a barrel sauna. By registering, you acknowledge that participation in retreat activities — including use of the property’s amenities — is voluntary, and that you assume any risks associated with your participation. Practical Magic Retreat and its hosts are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the retreat or use of the property.
