Photography and filming help us capture the fun, creativity and hands-on learning that happen during Learning Made Fun CREATE Summer Camps. We may take photos and videos during camp activities to celebrate children’s work, share updates with parents/guardians, promote future camps, and create educational content for Learning Made Fun. By booking, I understand that my child may appear in photos or videos taken during normal camp activities. These may be used on Learning Made Fun’s website, social media, YouTube, printed materials, parent updates and educational content. Learning Made Fun will always aim to use images carefully, positively and respectfully. We will not intentionally publish a child’s full name alongside their image, and we will avoid using any photo or video that could embarrass, upset or misrepresent a child. I understand that online images and videos can sometimes be saved or shared by others outside Learning Made Fun’s control. If I have any specific privacy or safeguarding concerns about my child being photographed or filmed, I agree to contact Learning Made Fun before booking so this can be discussed in advance.
Participation & Liability Agreement
I confirm that all information provided in this registration form—including medical, allergy, and emergency contact details—is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I have read the Learning Made Fun Terms & Conditions in full and agree to abide by the policies regarding payments, cancellations, behavior, and the use of photography/video for educational and promotional purposes. I understand that I am responsible for updating Learning Made Fun immediately if any of these details change before the camp begins.
