REGISTRATION FEE

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-TRANSFERABLE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH NO PRIOR NOTICE.

Early Registration - $20.00 (UNIFORMS MUST BE PURCHASED SEPERATELY)

July 27th - August 8th

Mid-Summer Registration - $30.00 (UNIFORMS MUST BE PURCHASED SEPERATELY)

August 9th - August 23rd

Late Registration - $40.00 (UNIFORMS MUST BE PURCHASED SEPERATELY)

August 24th - November 1st

A total bill will be emailed for monthly fees based on the classes taken. All fees includes tuition shoes, costume, advertisement book and tickets. See handbook for details.*

TUITION POLICY

The Pointe! is a full ten-month program that runs from September to June. If your child is absent or misses time away from the program, tuition is still due. A 4% processing fee will be added to each invoice.

MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN: Monthly tuition payments are due on the 27th of the month prior and are considered late after the 3rd of the month.

A $35.00 late fee will be applied on the 4th of the month if payment has not been received.

BI-WEEKLY PAYMENT PLAN: Bi-weekly payments are due on the 27th of the month prior and the 12th of each month.

A $35.00 late fee will be applied on the 4th and 13th of the month for any missed payment.

DECLINED PAYMENTS: Any declined payment will incur a $35.00 declined payment fee.

If a payment is declined three (3) or more times, your dancer will be suspended fromclass until the account is brought into good standing.

SIBLING/SAME HOUSEHOLD ACCOUNTS: Sibling or same-household accounts will be billed and charged separately.

Prices subject to change with no prior notice and refunds are at the Executive Director’s discretion.

Classes: Select all that apply and you will be contacted to finalize your schedule. Please note, that level placement is left to discretion of the directors. Ballet is Mandatory for ALL dancers under the age of 18. Also all upper school dancers who are not in STTP Dance Company must take the Skills Enrichment Class

I understand that dancing can cause injuries. The Pointe! Dance Studio, Inc. is hereby released, forever discharged and not held liable for any injuries/follies a student sustains during the course of dance classes. Also, neither The Pointe! Dance Studio, Inc. nor their instructors, contractors, employees, and agents are liable for injuries caused in whole or part by the student, or by the actions or inactions of other students or instructors.

I AGREE TO THE ABOVE STATEMENT AND I GIVE TPDS PERMISSION TO SEEK EMERGENCY MEDICAL ATTENTION FOR MY CHILD IF NECESSARY.

I understand that non-payment for any services rendered will result in legal action. This will include any and all court costs. Also, monies are non-refundable and non-transferable. Registration Fees and uniforms are payable at the time of registration.
