    The PFO season runs August to April, and applications are now open (May 1 - and close at midnight on May 15th) for the 2026 - 2027 season. 

    For us to get to know more about you, please fill out the following information. Once you've hit submit, we will be in touch about setting up an in-person interview.

     

    Important interview information: 

    New Teen Interviews for the 2026-2027 season will be in person on:

    Saturday June 6th (10am - 12pm) and

    Sunday the 7th. (1:30pm - 5pm) 

    Interview times will be assigned once applications are submitted. Please hold these dates/times as in-person interviews are required.

  • Time Commitment

    PFO schedules the season so that it does not conflict with school calendars, including testing and teacher workdays. In addition, a majority of our teens participate in other activities such as part-time jobs, school clubs, sports, arts lessons, and more.

  • During your interview, we will discuss the PFO programming and your ability to personalize your experience through out season menu.

    The menu is comprised of both mandatory events/participation (core programming) and a variety of customizable programming to further deepen your PFO experience. Your participation in these will be dependant upon your availability and space in each of these activities and experiences.

    Mandatory core programming: All retreats (Aug, Dec, April), Buddy events (monthly), and Deep Dive dinners (monthly). 

    Customizable programming: Workshops, Outings, Experiences. 

     

    The Annual Retreat is mandatory in full.  

    This years retreat dates are: August 12th - 16th.

    Aug 12-14 (Wed-Fri) 4:30pm-9:00pm,

    Aug 15th (Sat) 3pm-9pm; 

    Aug 16th (Sun) 1pm-4pm
