  • At Community Gateway, our tenants are at the heart of everything we do. To deliver the best possible service, it is important that we understand what matters most to you. Over recent years, we have worked closely with tenants to develop our Customer Service Commitments and deliver our Service Transformation Strategy, helping to improve the way services are delivered across the organisation.

    Building on this progress, we are now developing a Customer Experience Strategy which will outline how we will continue to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services.
