Pricing

• Manual J: $0.14 per sq. ft.; $350 minimum
• Manual S: $15 per HVAC system; required for Manual D equipment selection
• Manual D: $0.25 per sq. ft.; $625 minimum (this is in addition to the prices above)
• ERV/HRV Selection: $25 per unit
• Dehumidifier Integration: $15 per unit
• ERV/HRV Duct Design: $175 per ERV
I understand Payment via Check or CC is required before services are rendered.
