Golf Team Registration Form
Hearts Academy of Excellence is hosting a golf tournament on Thursday, May 21st to help raise money for our school. The tournament will take place at Terrapin Hills Country Club located at 5501 Club Dr NW, Fort Payne, AL 35967. Tee time begins at 9:00 AM, with arrival and check-in starting at 8:30 AM. Participants will enjoy a complimentary lunch provided by The Copper Penny. Mulligans will be available during the event for $10, with a limit of 10 mulligans per team, or players may purchase a $40 package that includes 1 mulligan, 1 throw, and 1 tee blaster, which allows one team member to hit from the women’s tee. Tournament prizes include $1,000 for the winning team, $500 for second place, and golf polos for the third-place team.
