Participation Options
Choose either the Turnkey Booth Package, Workstation, Meeting Counter, or Space Only and enter your desired booth size. Price includes reimbursement for space rental paid to organizer on Exhibitor's behalf.
Turnkey Booth Package:
Includes a fully furnished turnkey booth, with the items listed in the description. Also includes daily cleaning throughout the show and access to all Pavilion services. Price is shown per square meter.
Workstation:
Includes a fully furnished turnkey booth, with the items listed in the description. Also includes daily cleaning throughout the show and access to all Pavilion services.
Meeting Counter:
Includes a dedicated counter with access to shared meeting tables. Also includes daily cleaning throughout the show and access to all Pavilion services.
Space Only:
Space Only Exhibitors who choose their own contractor for booth construction within the USA Pavilion must submit specifications, including floor plan and renderings, to B-FOR for approval at least 45 days before opening day.

Please note: The Space Only participation option does not include cleaning before and during the show, fees associated with electrical consumption and hookups, security, fire extinguisher installation fees, nor does it cover other fees levied by the show organizer unless specifically stated in the submitted registration.
