- We are intending to communicate only for a specific class, event or student information to your child (Christ Encounter opportunities, assignment due dates, Youth Nights, etc.)
- Students will NOT receive the weekly parent/guardian updates unless requested.
If you answered Yes, please provide your teens contact number and email. (We are not able to email to a student's school email.)
In the event of an emergency, I give permission to transport my child to a hospital for emergency medical treatment. I wish to be advised prior to any further treatment by the hospital or doctor.

5K - 10th Grade Tuition Fees ($400.00 family max)
2nd Grade Sacramental Fees
11th Grade Tuition (includes Sacramental fee and retreat)
One tuition fee ($145.00) waived if weekly volunteer (Catechist, Aide, Office or Building Aide)
