  • Terms & Conditions
    01. Exhibitors are invited to present their original works, as well as high-quality authentic vintage and collectible items. Exhibitors must provide information on the provenance of any custom item.
    02. The Organisers’ decisions on all matters, including layout, are final. The organisers’ plan must be strictly adhered to. No stand changes can be made on the day.
    03. Except in unusual cases where express prior arrangements have been made with the organisers, you may only set up additional display apparatus on your stand. If you
    have a wall position, you may also use the limited space directly behind your own stand. No display apparatus will be permitted which interferes with any other
    exhibitor.
    04. For reasons of safety, nothing may be placed in front of the stands.
    05. By exhibiting at the event, you agree that the organisers are not liable in any way for loss, theft or damage at the event.
    06. If payment is not received or cleared in accordance with our terms, the booking may be deemed to be cancelled by the exhibitor, and any deposit will be forfeited.
    07. Full payment will be forfeited if you cancel within 6 weeks of the event.
    08. The organisers reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time without stating the reason, in which case monies will be refunded.
    09. Leaflet distribution is not permitted except by exhibitors at their own stands or on the designated foyer table with the organisers’ permission.
    10. Exhibitors may not pack up until the event closes at 4 pm This maintains the event's professional status and keeps visitors safe from accidents.
