CAREARMOR CPR TRAINING
INSTRUCTOR AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Agreement is entered into between CareArmor CPR (“CareArmor”) and [Instructor Name] (“Instructor”).

2. ROLE
The Instructor is authorized by CareArmor to conduct CPR skills assessments under the CareArmor CPR Training System.
The Instructor operates as an affiliate of CareArmor and not as an independent training provider.
3. SCOPE OF WORK
The Instructor agrees to:
Conduct in-person CPR skills assessments as assigned
Follow all CareArmor training procedures and standards
Ensure all participants complete required training prior to assessment
Accurately complete and submit all required documentation
4. AUTHORITY & LIMITATIONS
The Instructor:
Operates under CareArmor’s training center and certification authority
May only conduct training within the CareArmor system
May not issue certifications independently unless authorized by CareArmor
May not create, operate, or participate in any independent CPR training business using CareArmor training or materials
5. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
The Instructor agrees:
All trainings must be submitted through the approved CareArmor system
Submissions must be complete, accurate, and submitted promptly
No certification will be issued without proper submission
Failure to follow documentation requirements may result in removal from the program.
6. COMPLIANCE
The Instructor must:
Follow all CareArmor policies and procedures
Maintain professionalism during all training activities
Participate in retraining if requested
Cooperate with audits or quality reviews
7. NON-COMPETE / NON-CIRCUMVENT
The Instructor agrees:
Not to replicate or use CareArmor systems, materials, or processes outside of CareArmor
Not to provide CPR training independently using knowledge gained through CareArmor
Not to solicit or train individuals outside of the Agency relationship without written approval
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Instructor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all CareArmor systems, materials, processes, and business practices.
9. COMPENSATION
Compensation, if applicable, will be outlined separately or agreed upon in writing.
10. TERM & TERMINATION
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.
CareArmor may terminate this Agreement immediately if:
Policies are not followed
Documentation requirements are not met
The Instructor operates outside the CareArmor system
11. BREACH
If the Instructor:
Uses CareArmor systems to operate independently
Replicates or misuses CareArmor processes
The Instructor/agency agrees to reimburse the for training, insurance and oversight up to $10,000.
12. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
The Instructor is not an employee of CareArmor unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions. Please contact us if you have any questions.
