Our client is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their team. This role supports senior leadership by ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day operations while strengthening communication, workflows, and overall efficiency across the organization. Acting as a key link between leadership and operational teams, the Operations Coordinator will help oversee workflows, track progress, and proactively identify and resolve issues to keep operations running effectively.
This role provides exposure across multiple business functions, including operations, customer support, and administrative processes. The successful candidate will contribute to reporting, performance tracking, and process improvement initiatives, while supporting continuous improvement of systems and workflows.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Coordination & Oversight
- Monitor daily operations across customer service, warehouse, dispatch, and transport
- Ensure jobs are effectively scheduled, executed, and completed
- Follow up on outstanding or delayed work orders
- Identify operational issues and support timely resolution
- Support the coordination and tracking of operational activities
Communication & Reporting
- Act as a central communication link across teams
- Provide clear and timely updates to senior leadership
- Escalate critical issues with context and actionable recommendations
- Prepare structured daily and weekly operational summaries
Customer & Administrative Support
- Support customer inquiries and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with the preparation and tracking of work orders
- Maintain accurate documentation and well-organized records
Process Improvement & Systems
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements
- Support the implementation of enhanced tracking systems and tools
- Assist in developing and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Strategic & Executive Support
- Support special projects and key operational initiatives
- Participate in planning discussions and operational reviews
- Assist with tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in operations, logistics, or administration
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up ability
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
