  • Photo and media permission

    I understand that photographs may be taken of myself or my child during events sponsored in whole or in part by La Foret Conference and Retreat Center. I understand that some of these photos may be reproduced and/or used in printed materials, promotional materials, and on websites that are the property La Foret Conference and Retreat Center. I am aware that photos of minors never include any identifying information about those pictured. I understand that any photos or video taken during La Foret events will never be sold or used for profit. I am aware that I will receive no compensation for the use of these photos.

    I have read and understand the Photo/Video Release policy. I grant permission to  La Foret Conference and Retreat Center to use photographs and video footage of myself /my child in various promotional projects.

    I, on behalf of my child, do understand and accept the risks of participation and do hereby release and waive any claim of liability against La Foret Conference and Retreat Center and its employees and agents with respect to any injury, illness, damage or death, occurring to me or my child while participating in any and all camp/retreat programs and activities.


    I agree that this form, and all other aspects of my relationship and my child's relationship with La Foret and its agents and employees shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Further, I agree that any legal proceedings concerning such relationship shall be filed exclusively in the State of Colorado.

  • Late Pickup Policy

    Please make every effort to arrive on time in the morning and at pick-up. A smooth arrival helps children settle into the day successfully, and timely pick-up allows staff to close camp safely and responsibly.


    If you expect to arrive late for drop-off or pick-up, please contact camp staff as soon as possible.

  • Payment, Refunds, and Cancellation


    Payment is due in full 2 weeks prior to the first day of the participant's session.

    The cancellation and refund policy for Bemis Imagination Academy is the same as La Foret’s summer residential camps:

    More than 30 days before camp: refund of all fees except a $5 administrative fee
    Between 30 and 14 days before camp: refund of all fees except a $50 administrative fee.


    Within 14 days of camp start: no refunds are available, and unpaid balances will be billed accordingly.


    In the case of a medical situation or other extenuating circumstance, families may submit a refund request for consideration by emailing imagination@laforet.org. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
