Thank you for choosing my dog walking services. To ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

 

Cancellation notice

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation or change to a scheduled walk.

 

Late Cancellation (Less Than 24 Hours' Notice)

Cancellations made less than 24 hours' before the scheduled walk will be charged at 50% of the walk fee.

 

Same-Day Cancellations and No Access

Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled walk, Or where access to the dog is not possible at the arranged time, will be charged at 100% of the walk fee.

 

Regular Bookings

For clients with recurring bookings, your timeslot is reserved specifically for you. Missed walks will be charged in line with the policy above unless sufficient notice is given.

 

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be made via text or WhatsApp to 07707081110.

 

Discretion

In exceptional circumstances, I reserve the right to waive or reduce cancellation fee fees at my sole discretion.
