    We’re so glad you’ll be joining us for the 2026 Alumni Summit, November 13-15, 2026 in Manhattan Beach, CA!

    As you move through the next steps, here are a few key details:

    Limited Space: We only have space for 100 alum at the Summit. Your space is not reserved until you fill out this form, click submit, AND complete either payment in full or the first payment of your chosen payment plan.

    Early Bird Registration: Early Bird window for regular registration is May 1-May 10, 2026. To utilize the early bird discount you must submit the code ALUMNISUMMITEARLYBIRD at check out on the next page after submitting this form.

    Scholarship Registration: We will have a limited number of scholarship spaces available at two different tiers. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, answer the additional scholarship questions below between May 1-May 15, 2026. You will be notified of your scholarship status on or before May 28, 2026. If you do not receive a scholarship, you will be able to utilize an early bird discount for registration.

    Summit Registration Tiers:

    • Registration + 1/2 Sponsorship: $888 (Early bird $788)
    • Registration: $655 (Early bird $555)
    • Tier 1 Scholarship: $333
    • Tier 2 Scholarship: $150
    • All tiers include a $150 non-refundable deposit and have monthly payment plans available.

  • The Going with Grace 2026 Alumni Summit is exclusively for students who are currently enrolled or have completed one of the End of Life Training Program sessions below. 

  • At the Summit there will be an opportunity for alumni vendors to display marketing materials and sample products relevant to their deathwork and end of life care practices. Please indicate below if you would like to receive more information about participating as a vendor.*
  • The following questions are optional, and we deeply appreciate your participation if you feel called to do so. Your reflections help us share the impact of this work—how it lives, ripples, and reaches beyond this community. Responses may be used anonymously in marketing and storytelling materials to help grow and sustain this collective.

  • Going with Grace 2026 Alumni Summit Tiered Scholarship Registration Pricing

  • One of the key principles at Going with Grace is justice. Death is a social event, and how we die is a culturally constructed process that is informed by social power dynamics that are not equal. In response to this, our team practices deathwork as a form of activism that rallies against systems, standards, and structures that keep marginalized communities on the margins all the way through to the end of their lives.

    As part of our commitment to justice and liberation work, we've prioritized making our programming as accessible as possible to death doulas from different communities, diverse backgrounds, and lived experiences. We believe that our deathwork community should reflect the broadest demographic of folks we can hope to serve from the wider community and we are thrilled to offer a limited number of registration spaces at different pricing tiers.

    Please note: 

    • Before applying for Alumni Summit Tiered Scholarship Registration Pricing, carefully review the criteria outlined below. Please select the Tier that best fits your current needs to ensure that our work remains accessible to all who would like to participate.
    • Tiered Scholarship Registration Pricing is limited. To be considered for tiered registration pricing you must fill out the additional information and submit this form between May 1-15, 2026. You will be notified of your status on or before May 28, 2026.
    • A non-refundable $150.00 deposit will be included in the total cost of your Alumni Summit registration package.
    • Monthly payment plans are available for all tiers with additional processing fees to cover additional processing costs.
    • Early Bird discounts do not apply to Tiered Scholarship Registration Pricing. If you are not selected for tiered registration, you may still use an Early Bird discount code for standard registration.

    Alumni Summit Tiered Registration Pricing is for those who meet some to all of the following:

    • Experience housing insecurity.
    • Experience inconsistencies in meeting basic needs.
    • Experience instability in employment opportunities.
    • Are supporting children or other dependents.
    • Have significant debt.
    • Have medical expenses not covered by insurance.
    • Are eligible for public assistance.
    • Have immigration-related expenses.
    • Are an elder with limited financial support.
    • Are an unpaid community organizer.
    • Are returning to the workforce after incarceration / have been denied work due to incarceration history.
    • Experience discrimination in hiring or pay level.
    • Are Black, Brown, Indigenous, or Person of Color.

    Tier 1 Scholarship Alumni Summit Registration - $333 (2 Spaces Available)

    Payment Options:

    • One-time payment of $333
    • Two monthly payments of $171*
    • Three monthly payments of $114*

    Tier 2 Scholarship Alumni Summit Registration - $150 (2 Spaces Available)

    Payment Options:

    • One-time payment of $150
    • Two monthly payments of $77*
    • Three monthly payments of $51*

  • Registration Deadlines

    Please review and acknowledge that you understand the payment and registration deadlines.

    • To pay using a 3-month payment plan, you must register by SEPTEMBER 12, 2026.
    • To pay using a 2-month payment plan, you must register by OCTOBER 12, 2026.
    • To pay using a one-time payment, you must register by OCTOBER 12, 2026.
    • Registration will close on OCTOBER 13, 2026, or when the summit reaches capacity, whichever comes first.
    • All payments must be received to cover the full cost of the summit before arriving on NOVEMBER 13, 2026.
    • To utilize the early bird discount you must submit the code ALUMNISUMMITEARLYBIRD at check out between May 1-May 10. The early bird discount is not eligible for Tier 1 + Tier 2 registration.

    Please review and acknowledge that you understand the summit deposit policy.

    • Your summit registration fee includes a non-refundable $150 USD deposit.
    • Your space is held once you submit this form AND register for the summit by paying your registration fee in full or paying the first payment of your chosen payment plan.

  • Community Care & Health Policy

    In the spirit of shared responsibility and mutual care, we ask all participants to approach the Summit with awareness of their personal health and its impact on the collective space.

    We encourage each member of our community to:

    • Self-monitor prior to arrival
    • Take preventative measures while traveling

    Before Arriving:
    Please do not attend the Summit if, within 3 days of arrival, you:

    • Have a fever (100.4°F or higher)
    • Are experiencing persistent vomiting or diarrhea
    • Have tested positive for, or are experiencing symptoms of, a contagious illness
    • Have been advised by a medical provider not to travel
    • If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you stay home.

    If You Become Ill During the Summit:
    If symptoms arise while on site, please notify a member of our Going with Grace team.

    Depending on your symptoms, you may be asked to:

    • Wear a mask in shared spaces
    • Step out of sessions or rest off-site
    • Seek medical care
    • Make arrangements to leave the Summit early
    • Any costs associated with illness, including changes to travel or accommodations, are the responsibility of the participant.

  • Summit Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure

    While we fully intend to hold the summit as scheduled, Going with Grace reserves the right to partially or fully cancel, reschedule, or restructure the summit due to circumstances beyond our control.

    Including but not limited to:

    • Severe weather
    • Venue issues
    • Public health concerns
    • Facilitator emergency

    If the Summit is Canceled by Going with Grace:

    • Participants will be notified as soon as possible in writing.
    • Any refund or credit available will be processed according to our standard summit refund policies.
    • Going with Grace is not responsible for airfare, travel costs, or other personal expenses incurred as a result of a summit cancellation, reschedule, or restructure.

    Facilitator Changes or Illness

    • In the event of a necessary facilitator change before or during the summit, we will communicate with participants as soon as possible in writing.
    • If a facilitator becomes ill while on site, we will prioritize the health and safety of all participants and facilitators.

    Contingency plans may include:

    • Facilitator participation via virtual connection
    • Adjustments to the summit schedule or session format
    • Temporary substitution by another qualified facilitator
    • Partial or full summit cancellation, reschedule, or restructure

    We understand that your summit and travel commitments require both financial and energetic investment. If you would feel more at ease having additional protection, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen disruptions and expenses beyond our control.

    A full refund is available up to 60 days before the retreat, minus your non-refundable $150.00 deposit. If your purchase date is less than 60 days before the summit start date, no refund is available.
