1. I understand that I am enrolling in the Wills & Trust Program and will be provided access to the necessary software and tools to offer these services.
2. I understand that there is a $25 monthly software fee required to maintain access to the platform and services.
3. I acknowledge that if I miss a monthly payment, I will be granted a 30-day grace period to bring my account current before any suspension or further action is taken.
4. I understand that this program has an expected activity level, which includes setting up at least one (1) Will and one (1) Trust per month.
5. I understand that this is a performance-based opportunity and that my participation may be reviewed based on my activity level.
6. I agree to follow all company processes, guidelines, and ethical standards when offering wills and trusts to clients.
7. I understand that I am not acting as an attorney and will not provide legal advice. I will present services as facilitated through the company’s approved platform.
8. Commission Structure: Start at 20% commission and increase by 10% for every 15 completed sales, up to the maximum commission tier. (Max 50%)
