Upon submission of this form, parents/guardians will receive an email instructing them to complete a student registration form. The student registration form is required for EVERY student in your group.
Please inform all campers' parents/guardians to check their email and complete the form in a timely manner. If we do not receive a student registration form for a student listed in your group, they will not be considered registered.
Example: if you selected that you are registering 10 students, you will enter these students' names below along with their parent/guardian's email address. Once you have completed this form, those parents will receive an automated email link to the student registration form.
