Student Ministry Group Registration Information
(upcoming 7th graders - age 25)

This form is intended for churches/ministries who are registering students as a group (minimum of 5 students). Please only use this form if your group will be arriving/departing camp together with one point of contact (youth leader/pastor/etc).

If your group has less than 5 students OR if you are a parent/guardian of students who will not be arriving with a group, please register here instead.

Due to increased security measures, those picking up campers must be listed above & show ID. Campers will be signed in at drop off and signed out at pick up.

Student Information
Upon submission of this form, parents/guardians will receive an email instructing them to complete a student registration form. The student registration form is required for EVERY student in your group.

Please inform all campers' parents/guardians to check their email and complete the form in a timely manner. If we do not receive a student registration form for a student listed in your group, they will not be considered registered.

Example: if you selected that you are registering 10 students, you will enter these students' names below along with their parent/guardian's email address. Once you have completed this form, those parents will receive an automated email link to the student registration form.
