Thank you for registering to attend the 2026 Bringing Hope & Light to the Dementia Journey Conference. This year's conference is being held at the First Baptist Church, 751 Grace Way, Medford, WI 54451.
Registration is free, but required by Friday, July 31, 2026. We want to make the process as easy as possible. You will need to complete a separate registration form for each individual attending.

If you are interested in utilizing respite for your loved one, please contact Dana at 715-748-1988 or dana.detwiler@co.taylor.wi.us to obtain respite paperwork, which is required to utilize respite services. Deadline to submit the respite request is Friday, July 1, 2026 so our partnering respite provider can schedule personnel and review the intake form, which will be sent to you upon registration.
