1. Services Provided

I offer the following services

Dog walking:

- 30 minute walks (Solo or group)

- 60 minute walks (Solo or group)

Drop in visits:

- Short Visits to let dogs out in their garden and ensure their wellbeing.

All Services are provided with the care and safety of your dog as a top priority.

 

2. Working Hours & Availibility

Booking Hours:

Appointments can be scheduled between 6:00AM and 8:00PM

Working Hours: 

Monday: 9:00AM-8:00PM

Tuesday: 8:00AM-8:00PM

Wednesday: 8:00AM-6:00PM

Thursday: 9:00AM-6:00PM

Friday: 9:00AM-6:00PM

Saturday: 9:00AM-6:00PM

Sunday: 9:00AM-6:00PM

Availability is subject to change and bookings are not guaranteed without confirmation.

 

3. Pricing

Group Walks:

- 30 minutes: £9

- 60 minutes: £14

Solo Walks:

- 30 minutes: £12 (+£5 Per additional dog from the same household)

- 60 minutes: £16 (+7 Per additional dog from the same household)

Drop-In Visits: 

£12 for 30 minutes

£22 for 1 hour

There is an addition charge of 30p per mile for areas outside of Easingwold.

 

4. Payment Terms

- Payment is required one week in advance of scheduled services.

- Payments can be made via Bank transfer or Cash(preferred)

This system ensures continued service and simplifies cancellations without the need for late fees.

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel services, the prepaid balance will either:

- Be applied to the following weeks bookings, or

- Be refunded where appropriate

6. Access to Property

Clients must provide safe and reliable access to their property, including keys, codes or instructions as needed.

All keys and access information will be handled securely and confidentially.

 

7. Pet Health and Behaviour 

By using my services, you confirm that:

- Your dog is in good health and fit for walking

- Any medical conditions, behavioural issues or special requirements have been disclosed

 - Your dog is up-to-date with vaccinations, flea and worming treatments.

 I reserve the right to refuse or stop services if a dog displays unsafe or aggressive behaviour.

 

8. Safety & Welfare

- Dogs may be walked in groups unless otherwise agreed

- All reasonable care will be taken to ensure your dog's safety

- However, dog walking carries inherent risks, and by agreeing to services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

 

9. Emergency Care

In the event of an emergency, I will:

- Make every reasonable effort to contact you

- Seek veterinary care if necessary

Any veterinary costs incurred are the responsibility of the owner.

 

10. Liability

While every care is taken, I cannot be held liable for:

- Injury, Illness, or loss beyond my control

- Damage caused by your dog to property, people or other animals.

 

11. Agreement 

By signing below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
