The L-Project and Pride Riders Motorcycle Waiver THE UNDERSIGNED (ON MY OWN BEHALF AND ON THE BEHALF OF MY HEIRS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS) , FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DYKE MARCH WEHO EVENT, HEREBY RELEASE THE L-PROJECT AND ITS ORGANIZERS, MEMBERS, AND OTHER PARTICIPANTS ON THIS MOTORCYCLE RIDE FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS, RIGHTS AND CAUSES OF ACTION OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER WHICH I NOW HAVE OR LATER MAY HAVE RESULTING FROM, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS RIDE. THIS RELEASE EXTENDS TO ANY AND ALL CLAIMS I HAVE OR MAY HAVE AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES WHETHER SUCH CLAIMS RESULT FROM NEGLIGENCE (EXCEPT WILLFUL NEGLECT) ON THE PART OF ANY OR ALL RELEASED PARTIES WITH RESPECT TO THIS EVENT, OF WITH RESPECT TO THE CONDITIONS, QUALIFICATIONS, INSTRUCTIONS OR PROCEDURES UNDER WHICH THIS EVENT IS CONDUCTED OR FROM ANY INJURIES RESULTING TO MY PROPERTY OR MYSELF DURING OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS EVENT. I AM EXPERIENCED & FAMILIAR WITH THE OPERATION OF MOTORCYCLES AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE RISKS AND DANGERS INHERENT TO MOTORCYCLING. I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT AND I EXPRESSLY AGREE TO ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF ANY ACCIDENTS OR PERSONAL INJURY INCLUDING DEATH, WHICH I MIGHT SUFFER AS A RESULT OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT WHETHER SUCH RISKS RESULTS FROM NEGLIGENCE (EXCEPT WILLFUL NEGLECT) ON THE PART OF ANY OR ALL OF THE RELEASED PARTIES. THE UNDERSIGNED ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE WILL BE NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES SERVED AT THE RIDE DESTINATION, AND ANY CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WILL BE AT THE WILL OF THE UNDERSIGNED. THE RELEASED PARTIES DOES NOT PERMIT THE UNDERSIGNED TO DRINK ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEFORE OR DURING THIS EVENT, AND THAT IF THE UNDERSIGNED FEELS THAT SHE/HE//THEY ARE THE SLIGHTEST BIT IMPAIRED, THAT THEY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE RIDE. THE UNDERSIGNED ACKNOWLEDGES THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE EXPRESSLY INFORMED HER/HIM/THEY OF THE DANGERS OF DRINKING & DRIVING. BY CLICKING ON "I AGREE" BELOW I AM ELECTRONICALLY SIGNING THIS RELEASE, I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND IT AND THAT I AM NOT RELYING ON ANY STATEMENT OR REPRESENTATION OF ANYONE. THEREBY, I DO CLAIM THAT I HAVE MOTORCYCLE INSURANCE AND A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE WITH A MOTORCYCLE ENDORSEMENT.

As an authorized representative of the Pride Riders, I hereby understand and agree to accept the risk of bodily injury and/or property damage to me or which I may incur or cause a third party to incur as a result of my participation in the WeHo Pride Parade. With this understanding, I further agree to indemnify, defend and save harmless the Pride Riders, JJ-LA, LLC, Upbeat Parade Productions, LLC, the City of West Hollywood, County of Los Angeles, its Boards, its Commissions, and their respective officers, agents, contractors, and employees from and against any and all claims, losses, injuries, suits, and judgments arising from, or in connection with/my successors, assigns, heirs, executors, and administrators, and any other persons or entity's who/which may have a claim based on my/our personal injuries and/or property damage whether arising out of or in any way relating to my participation in the WeHo Pride Parade and or presence, malfunction, maintenance, addition, use or condition of any tangible personal or real property utilized by me in connection with the WeHo Pride Parade and/or is the result of my gross negligence or willful misconduct (including all expenses of litigation and reasonable attorney fees)t. I further understand and agree that this saves harmless and indemnification shall apply to and all facilities that the Pride Riders, JJ-LA, LLC, City of West Hollywood, County of Los Angeles may own and/or control. I understand that segments of the media will be present at the parade and I/we grant an unconditional release for all rights of publications, press, radio, and television present and future, along with all video and photographic rights by virtue of their appearance. I agree to release and forever discharge the Pride Riders, JJ-LA, LLC, Upbeat Parade Productions, LLC, the City of West Hollywood, County of Los Angeles, its Boards, its Commissions, and their respective officers, agents, contractors, and employees from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason, of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by me in connection with my participation the WeHo Pride Parade. Furthermore, I/we have read and agree to abide by the WeHo Pride Parade guidelines and rules, as shown in the pages provided and those to be presented with the participant's information package if my unit is accepted.
