    The undersigned, who has a license from the Southlands Foundation to use the riding ring or rings and other facilities on the premises of Southlands, or who may be taking riding lessons or participating in a horse show on either their own horse or horses of others, including those of Southlands, does hereby release and discharge Southlands and its directors, employees, agents, and independent contractors engaged on  its behalf from any claims, demands, causes of action whatsoever they might have by reason of any damage or injury that may be caused to them individually or to their horses or personal property including of the premises, facility, horses, or equipment at Southlands.
