Media Release, Consent & License Agreement
By signing below, I hereby grant Allen Studios Charlotte and VISIONForward Magazine (the "Company") a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use my name, likeness, image, voice, statements, and any materials I provide ("Materials") in connection with editorial content (including magazine features, blogs, and articles), case studies, testimonials, marketing, advertising, promotional purposes, and on social media, websites, print, video, and digital platforms. I acknowledge that the Company has full editorial discretion and may edit, adapt, and publish the Materials without prior approval.
I affirm that I am at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into this agreement. I understand that I will not receive compensation unless separately agreed in writing. I acknowledge that the Company will own all resulting content and that I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use. I release and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, including but not limited to defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of publicity rights, and I agree to indemnify the Company for any claims related to the Materials I provide.
This agreement is irrevocable, governed by the laws of North Carolina, and constitutes the entire agreement, superseding all prior discussions.
