FCMA is hiring for our leadership track. The default starting position is Team Leader running one chatting team, with scope to grow into a Chatting Manager role as you prove yourself. We're also open to placing strong applicants in chatter roles if leadership isn't the right fit yet. Compensation is decided 1:1 based on experience and role placement. Cam-on is only required for a 20-minute screening call and the paid trial period — daily work is async typing with Discord on-call presence. **Do NOT use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to write any part of this application.
