  • -Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance into the festival.

    -Applications must be submitted no later than August 1st, 2026 for consideration. Approved applicants will be notified via phone call or email.

    -All approved vendors and entertainers will receive an email confirming their status. Vendors will receive payment option information with their email through either online payments, mailing in a paper check or cash.

    - All Vendors will have 4 Adult Tickets for staff. Additional tickets can be purchased with a discount. Only 2 Parking Passes per Vendor.

    -Approved applicants may begin set up on Friday, August 28, 2026 9am.

    -Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and safe for visitors.

    -Hours of the festival will be as follows: Saturday, August 29th from 10am- 6pm, and Sunday, August 30st from 10am-5pm. Vendors may choose what hours they would like to operate within festival hours.

    -This year the festival will take place at the Hocking County Fairgrounds located at 100 North Homer Avenue Logan, Ohio 43138

    -During festival hours, vendors are not permitted to bring motorized vehicled throughout festival space. If you need assistance with bringing items please reach out to a Festival Coordinator to assist. You can bring vehicles on site after hours to restock your booths. If you are caught with your vehicle on site during festival hours you will be asked to leave and will no longer invited to future events. If there is an emergancy please contact event staff.

    -Check Out - Must be off site no later than 6pm Monday.

    Hocking Hill Medieval Festival strives to provide a historical feel when people enter through our gates. While we allow pop up tents at the festival, we ask that you decorate them appropriately. All tents MUST be staked down for your safety and the safety of others. Historical canvas tents are preferred, as they are more sturdy against the elements and provide a more historical "feel" to the festival, but we understand that they are costly. If you do not have a canvas tent, we ask that you decorate your booth (historical looking covers, flowers, tapestries, ect.).

     

    Products:

    -Suppliers understand that only approved crafts and exhibits listed will be permitted. Any changes or additions must be in writing and include photographs. Anyone selling products that have not been approved can be immediately dismissed from the Festival, without compensation. Please indicate any new additions so they can be juried to be accepted or denied. Failure to do so will result in that no new products will be no new products will be juried in or permitted to be sold. 

     

    Food Vendors:

    -We will have health inspections and fire inspections performed either the day before the festival or actively during the festival (pending their availability).

    -Please make sure you are prepared to show your food service license.

    -If you have any questions on how to dispose of grey water, we can advise upon set up. 

     

    Dismissal From the Festival:

    -Festival reserves the right to dismiss anyone from the site without compensation due to improper behavior; including, but not limited to excessive use of alcohol, illegal drugs, improper behavior, non-compliance with the rules and regulation codes. 

     

    On Site Camping:

    -We are pleased to announce we will be able to offer on site camping (both primitive and RV capabilities).

    If you are wanting to camp on site, we ask the following:

    -Please keep your area clean

    -If bringing pets to stay with you, please clean up after them.

    -We will have our restrooms open 24 hours a day which has flush toilets and showers. Please be respectful and clean up your messes.

    We want to keep this area clean so we can host here for many more years to come! 

     

    Pets:

    -Pets may be in your booth / sales area if they do not create a nuisance or an unsafe environment. All pets must be leashed or confined. All owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and being respectful to others by preventing excessive barking, ect.

     

    Taxes and Permits:

    -Suppliers understands collecting of all taxes, including local, state, and federal taxes, are the responsibility of the Supplier. Any and all permits necessary for operation here at the Festival must be obtained prior to opening and operation.

     

    Disclosure:

    -The Festival will not be held responsible should it fail to open due to an Act of God or any regulation of any public authority, civic turmoil, condition or war or any such issue. Similarly, should the Festival be forced to close due to inclement weather, no compensation shall be sought from the Festival.


    Consent to Photograph /Videotape / Interview Individuals:

    Terms & Conditions

    I hereby agree and give my permission for Hocking Hills Medieval Festival and/or partners to record, film,photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the Hocking Hills Medieval Festival website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the Hocking Hills Medieval Festival's control. I agree that I will not hold the Hocking Hills Medieval Festival responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.

     

    Vendor agrees that The Hocking Hills Medeival Festival will not be responsible in any manner or form for failure of the Festival to open or be inoperable for any reason or cause beyond the control of the Festival. The Supplier will be solely responsible for any and all damages to property or persons of any nature caused by the operation of the owner’s shop, and will indemnify and hold The Hocking Hills Medeival Festival from any and all claims, debts, or liabilities arising by contract, tort, or otherwise out of operation of the shop, and will defend any lawsuits or claims brought against the Festival by any third party or any nature of form whatsoever as a result of the operation. All personal property, fixtures and other property brought, constructed, or used by or for the benefit of the Supplier, or in the Supplier’s possession or control will be at the risk of the Supplier. The Hocking Hills Medeival Festival will have no liability for any loss or damage to such property, whether such loss or damage is caused by fire, casualty, weather, or any other cause, including any cause attributable to any act, negligence, or omission of the Festival, or its employees, licensees, tenants, agents or independent contractors. The Hocking Hills Medeival will be under no obligation to obtain fire, casualty, public liability insurance, or any other insurance protecting any property or interest of the Supplier. The Supplier will not do anything or suffer anything be done on or in connection with the Festival premises which would result in an increase in the premiums paid by the Festival with respect to any insurance coverage, which would increase the risk of fire or other casualty, or which would make any insurance coverage protecting the Festival unavailable or unenforceable.
