CT Brandon offers two $500 scholarships each year. Each award is sent directly to the institution of higher education in two equal installments (corresponding to different semesters). Applicants for this scholarship must be active participants in CT and planning to attend, or already attending, a properly accredited Bible College or Seminary. Applicants must also display active church involvement for at least 1 year prior to application. They must show a minimum GPA requirement of 3.0 and maintain full-time enrollment status. Applicants must use the scholarship during the indicated school year. Interested persons must submit the attached application along with essay response, and letters of recommendation. Only completed applications will be considered by the scholarship committee. Each applicant will be interviewed before the Scholarship Committee. Appointments will be made with each applicant. The committee will make decisions to award scholarships after a thorough review of all eligible applications and information gathered at the interview. In the event that none of the applications received meet the aforementioned criteria, or are deemed deserving of the scholarship(s) then scholarship(s) will not be awarded, and money will be carried forward. All decisions made by the committee in conjunction with these scholarships are final and not open for review. All applications are due by June 1 of current calendar year and are to be received at the church office. PLEASE REMEMBER THE DEADLINE IS FINAL. Scholarships awarded will be announced within 4 weeks of the application due date. The proceeds of the scholarship will be paid directly to the school where the recipient enrolls. If an applicant who is awarded a scholarship fails to use it during that year, the award will remain with the committee.
