Participation in the Toolkit, completion of any modules, or use of its materials does not guarantee access to investment, grants or funding. Investment decisions are made independently by investors and financial institutions.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any information submitted through the platform is accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in removal from the platform.

Users are responsible for seeking their own professional advice when making financial, legal or commercial decisions. The Toolkit content is provided for general educational purposes only.

All Toolkit materials, including videos, templates, frameworks and written content, remain the intellectual property of PTI and its partners. Users may use these materials for their own business development purposes but may not reproduce, distribute or sell the content without permission.

The Investment Readiness Toolkit is hosted on the MoodleCloud learning management platform. By accessing the Toolkit, users also agree to comply with the MoodleCloud platform’s operational and privacy policies. PTI is not responsible for service interruptions, outages or technical issues related to the MoodleCloud platform.
