Quote Requests & Administrative Fees
Please be advised that a non-refundable administrative fee is required for all quote requests. This fee covers research services, trip coordination, supplier communication, and processing of travel insurance to protect against cancellations and travel-related incidentals. This is a one-time, non-refundable fee and is separate from your travel booking costs. It will be issued as a separate invoice and must be paid before any research or quote preparation.
$35 – Solo travelers and up to two (2) individuals
$50 – Three (3) individuals
$65 – Four (4) individuals
$100 – Five (5) individuals
For group travel exceeding five (5) individuals, clients are required to complete a Group Travel Inquiry Form for customized planning and pricing.
Quote Turnaround & Revisions
Travel quotes will be delivered within five (5) business days after receipt of the administrative fee. This does not include weekends. Clients are allowed up to two (2) revisions within seven (7) business days of the initial quote delivery.
Additional revisions beyond the included two may incur an additional service fee.
Rush Service Option
Clients may request expedited service for an additional $25 fee, which guarantees quote delivery within 24 hours of payment.
Quote Expiration
All quotes are valid for five (5) business days from the date of delivery.
If no response is received within this timeframe, the quote will become void, and a new administrative fee will be required to restart the process.
Booking & Pricing Disclaimer
Pricing and availability are subject to change until a deposit or full payment is made. The Travel SME is not responsible for price increases, supplier changes, or availability limitations beyond our control.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. By declining travel insurance, you accept full responsibility for any cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring all traveler information is accurate (names, dates of birth, travel documents, etc.). Clients must ensure they meet all passport, visa, and entry requirements for their destination.
Refund Policy
All administrative fees are non-refundable, regardless of booking outcome.
Refunds for travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel supplier(s).
Communication & Response Time
Timely communication is essential. Delays in response may impact pricing, availability, and booking options.
