Growing Your Leadership Capacity Cohort
Join fellow ministry leaders to grow in your calling and your capacity as a leader. In this cohort you will receive individual coaching once a month and meet monthly as a group to explore the practice of leadership, share ideas to encourage each other, and identify your next steps to level up as a leader.

This cohort starts September 15th at 8am and will last eight months.

This includes monthly individual coaching sessions and monthly group discussion of the reading.

Cost is $300. Half of the cohort fee will go to establishing a conference scholarship fund.

*Participants are required to purchase or borrow the books for the group.
