At VolleyballHype, our mission is to spread meaningful impact through Volleyball.
Our team is growing, and we are excited to welcome new team members that share the same philosophy as us: "With our purpose, we give our best."
We are hiring for part-time coaches who has the necessary Volleyball background to help us in delivering our current and upcoming programs for our community.
Our programs are usually held on weekday evenings and on the weekends.
If you've seen our first-ever VolleyballHype merch shirt, it says the following at the back: Hype. Heart. Hustle. — Three very meaningful words for us.
For our coaches, some of the characteristics we look for are:
- Great leadership skills that aim to contribute positive impact on athletes' lives.
- Efficient problem-solving skills that lead to solving time-sensitive problems that arise.
- Commitment in doing their best, because that is what the athletes deserve.
- Desire for continuous growth — individually as a person and career-wise, and in a team.
