Leading Hand (Civil Works)

West Wimmera Shire Council is seeking a proactive and hand-on leading hand to support the delivery of our roads and infrastructure maintenance programs.

In this role, you will assist with planning and coordinating maintenance works while providing on-site supervision to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will lead work crews, oversee daily operations, manage documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.

There is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a commitment to workplace safety and a passion for maintaining community infrastructure. You will play a key role in fostering a productive team environment while contributing to essential services that support the local community.
