  • Board Candidate #1 – Mary Arbec - “Most of our homes are worth 3/4 of a million dollars or more, I believe our HOA has a fiduciary responsibility to maintain the value of our community. My goal is for our HOA to maintain the desirability of our neighborhood while other developments are being built around us. I have lived in this neighborhood for 15 years. I have volunteered for the elderly, Verrado High/Middle School, and with our church. If you often wonder like I do why some houses get violations for trash cans, yet other violations go virtually unnoticed, then you should vote for me. I believe all homeowners should be held to the same CCR’s and there should not be a two tier HOA.”

  • Board Candidate #2 – Jim Healey - “I have served on the board as president or vice president since 2004 when our community was first opened. During that time I have attempted to be prudent and fair on how we handle our finances and administer the communities affairs. I currently work as an adjunct instructor at Estrella Mountain Community College and West MEC Vocational High School in the Nuclear Energy Programs. My large family and I are proud to live here and I look forward to continuing to serve and I am asking for your vote. THANKS.”

  • Board Candidate #3 – Todd Templeton - “Sr. Dir. of Product Marketing managing over $200M in revenue annually, Chartered Organization Rep for BSA (7 yrs), Charitable Contribution Comm Member at FEI Corp (4 yrs), Built or remodeled 5 homes.”
