2027 WAR SESSION RFP

Thank you for your interest in training at the NSO Winter Advocay Retreat, January 14-16, 2027, at the Ceasars Palace in Las Vegas, NV.

This is an opportunity to share your knowledge, skills, and experience with your NSO siblings. Please remember that sessions need to be focused on NSO affiliate and member needs and should be applicable to Associate and Professional Staff members alike. While we acknowledge that the training offered at WAR College can be applicable to "day job" work, the goal of NSO training is to build stronger staff unions.

Please complete the form no later than Wednesday, July 1, 2026. The entire form must be complete to be considered. You (& your co-trainer, if applicable) will receive an email confirmation with your entire submission to indicate that it's been fully received.

NSO will pay for no more than two (2) trainers per session. Sessions can be presented as half-day (2.5 hours), full day (5 hours), or 2-day (10 hours total) sessions.

I understand that selection of my session for registration does not confirm my status as a trainer until registration closes and sufficient attendee enrollment has been verified.

I understand that I SHOULD NOT make any flight or hotel arrangements until my session is confirmed by the VP Program. Once confirmed, NSO will reimburse roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations for the night before and night of my training(s), and associated meal expenses.

I commit to a minimum of 5 hours of training and will keep the WAR College dates I marked as "available" until a final decision is made about this session.
