  • Shrub Hill Quarter Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)

  • Worcester City Council is consulting on revisions to the Shrub Hill Quarter Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).

    The SPD was origianlly adopted in July 2024, however, following the adoption of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review (SWDPR) in March 2026, updates are being proposed to account for the change to local policy and reflect work undertaken on-site to date.

    The SPD sets out a framework for future planning and investment decisions in more detail than the SWDPR and suggests how development, when it comes forward, should take place in several character areas within the Quarter.
