EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM
We offer the following extended day programs to accommodate the busy schedules of our families.
- Early Bird is from 8 to 9 am
- After School is from 3 to 6 pm - (3:10 to 6:00 pmfor Pre-K)
- Grace Period is from 3 to 3:30 pm. (3:10 to 3:40 for Pre-K)
Children will be cared for by part-time and full-time staff, often in a classroom other than their usual classroom. We have limited space available for this service and sign is first come/first serve, based on the timestamp of when sign up occurs. Once all spaces are filled we will send all others a follow up response immediately so alternate arrangements can be made. Pre registration for Extended day will end when we are at capacity.
EXTENDED DAY COMMITTMENT AND FEES
Registering for the session commits you to paying for the entire extended day period. Registration is by day of week (Mondays, Tuesdays, etc), and will be billed for all days that school is in session on that day, whether or not that child is in attendance. For instance, if there are 3 Mondays of school in September a family would be billed for 3 days of afterschool for that month, even if they missed one day. (For afterschool, this would mean a Monday bill of $102). Parents have the alternative of using Extended Day on an ad hoc basis, at a higher daily use rate if there is space available.
- Early Bird Care (8 to 9 am) - Prepaid rate - $20 per day
- Afterschool Care (3 to 6 pm) - Prepaid rate - $50 per day
- Grace Period (3 TO 3:30 pm) - Prepaid rate - $15 per day
Ad Hoc Rates
- Early Bird Care (8 to 9 am) - $30 per day
- Afterschool Care (3 to 6 pm) - $65 per day
- Grace Period : Not available for Ad Hoc
