Due to the cost and complexity of DC Fast Charging (DCFC) installation, the County of San Diego’s Electric Vehicle Charger Program (EVCP) provides a milestone payment for these projects.
After project selection, a midway payment of up to 50 percent may be issued after the following information has been submitted and approved by the Program Administrator.
